The presence of Quick Impact Programs (PHTC) shows the government’s commitment to its citizens, as stated by Chacha Annisa, Senior Expert Staff at the Presidential Communication Office (PCO). During the “Double Check” discussion on “The Role of Family Development in Welcoming Indonesia Emas 2045,” Chacha emphasized that all programs introduced since January, such as Free Nutritious Meals (MBG), Free Health Checks (CKG), School-Based Free Health Checks, Sekolah Rakyat, School Renovation, Digital Learning, and Merah Putih Village/Neighborhood Cooperatives, aim to benefit families. However, she highlighted the importance of active family participation for the successful implementation of these programs.

Sharing her experience of monitoring the School-Based Free Health Checks with the Ministry of Health, Chacha mentioned the importance of informing and educating parents before health workers conduct checks to ensure that children cooperate. She also mentioned how the CKG program has encouraged healthy competition among students, motivating them to make positive lifestyle changes, like eating breakfast and reducing screen time.

Chacha further discussed the achievements of the PHTC initiative, including establishing Nutrition Service Units, reaching millions of beneficiaries, creating jobs, and providing health checks for millions of people. She emphasized that these accomplishments reflect the government’s commitment and its tangible impact on people’s lives.

Overall, the PHTC programs are designed to support families, but their success relies heavily on active family involvement in the implementation process. By working together, families and the government can ensure the effective delivery of these programs that benefit Indonesian society as a whole.
