“Honda Recall: Civic, Accord, All New CR-V Terkena Masalah”

PT Honda Prospect Motor recently announced a recall for several of its products, including Honda Civic RS, Honda Civic Type R, Honda Accord, and All New Honda CR-V. This recall is part of a product update program involving the inspection or replacement of components in certain models. The components affected include the Steering Gearbox, which may experience abnormal noise issues, and the High Pressure Fuel Pump, which could cause a fuel smell in the cabin.

The specific models impacted by these component issues are the Honda Civic RS, Honda Civic Type R, and All New Honda CR-V for the Steering Gearbox, and the All New Honda Accord RS e:HEV and All New Honda CR-V RS e:HEV for the High Pressure Fuel Pump. Owners of these vehicles are advised to check their Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) on Honda’s website to see if their vehicle is included in the recall.

If a vehicle is identified, owners should contact their nearest authorized Honda dealer to schedule an inspection or component replacement, which will be done at no cost starting on January 3, 2025. Honda is committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of its customers and is proactively taking these steps to maintain the quality and safety standards of its vehicles. Yusak Billy, Sales & Marketing and After Sales Director of PT Honda Prospect Motor, emphasized the importance of this recall in upholding the highest safety and quality standards for Honda vehicles.
